- Persistence for shopify product id and variant id is handled by assuming a unique mapping between sku for variant in shopify and identifier of variation product in akeneo
- A full category import is required before full, delta or custom product imports.
- If a category does not exist in Shopify but is available in Akeneo then such categories will be imported into Shopify as tags.
- Jobs can run within 5 minutes of scheduled time
- Jobs cannot be scheduled on less than 1 hour interval
- Shopify does not support storage of Images / Assets per locale basis. Therefore last imported Image or Asset will be displayed in Storefront for all locales
- Custom attributes are imported in the Shopify database. To display custom attributes in Storefront, Shopify storefront requires customization to adopt these attributes.
